Teresa is originally from Calgary and has been in Kelowna for the last 14 years. She has always been around and respected animals having grown up and worked on a number of farms and has always owned many animals including goats and donkeys. Along with her general administration and technical duties, Teresa plays a key role in follow-up care for our chronic care patients and routinely discusses patient progress with pet owners and reporting her findings back to the veterinarian. She also plays a major role in helping our practice closely monitor and fine-tune treatment protocols and is always ready to help our patients as well as their owners with a warm friendly smile. She holds a Veterinary Office Assistant course from the Okanagan Centre for Arts and Technology. She has 3 rescue cats of her own. She loves her dual role working as a customer service rep and assisting in veterinary care.
